The Pennsylvania Bar Association was established in 1895; its Family Law Section is comprised of approximately 1,400 attorneys and is committed to the development and practical working of the law relating to marriage, divorce, child support, and domestic relations matters. The council is the executive arm of the Family Law Section and it oversees and manages its programs, activities, and initiatives.
