In this podcast, Taylor discusses recent changes to the Pennsylvania Child Support Guidelines. Taylor is co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee. This Committee supports the enactment of new Rules and the revision of existing Rules in order to streamline and clarify the divorce, custody, support and PFA processes for practitioners and litigants in Pennsylvania.

Taylor has practiced family law exclusively for over 20 years and is widely known for his family law appellate work. He is experienced in all aspects of Pennsylvania family law, including equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody, and abuse matters. He regularly argues appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court involving complex family law issues, and has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Active in the Montgomery County family law community, Taylor is a frequent speaker and author and has appeared on television and radio programs to discuss family law topics. Taylor has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for several years, has attained an “AV Preeminent®” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named a “Super Lawyer” by the publisher of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and has been named among Ten Leaders in the Greater Philadelphia area for Divorce Law.
Taylor graduated magna cum laude from Mansfield University in 2000 and earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2003. He joined Shemtob Draganosky Taylor Stein, PC in 2014 and became a named partner of the firm in January 2019.
