BLUE BELL, Pa. (June 2025) – Montgomery County family law firm Shemtob Draganosky Taylor Stein, PC is proud to announce that partner Andrew D. Taylor, Esq. has been named among Ten Leaders in the Greater Philadelphia area for Divorce Law.
Founded in 2002, the Ten Leaders Cooperative evaluates and promotes professionals in the areas of architecture, finance, law, medicine, and technology. Members are inducted into Ten Leaders based on length of practice, focus of practice, and out-of-firm peer referrals.
In this extraordinary achievement, Taylor joins the firm’s founding partner, Lori K. Shemtob, Esq., who has been recognized by the Ten Leaders Cooperative for the past twenty years.
Taylor has practiced family law exclusively for over 20 years and is widely known for his family law appellate work. He is experienced in all aspects of Pennsylvania family law, including equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody, and abuse matters. He regularly argues appeals before the Pennsylvania Superior Court involving complex family law issues, and has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Active in the Montgomery County family law community, Taylor is a frequent speaker and author, and has appeared on television and radio programs to discuss family law topics. Taylor has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for several years, has attained an “AV Preeminent®” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named a “Super Lawyer” by the publisher of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, an honor given to the top five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Taylor graduated magna cum laude from Mansfield University in 2000 and earned his law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2003. He joined Shemtob Draganosky Taylor Stein, PC in 2014 and became a named partner of the firm in January 2019.
